The best in multi- lingual service and caring for those who can't afford expensive docs. Pharmacy is efficient and caring as well. Plus online access now with MY CHART . First floor access for walkers, wheelchairs.

I had an appointment with a Health Point-Redmond doctor that felt discriminatory, full of prejudice, and just plain wrong. Months earlier, I had set an appointment on the 28th of January at 9:45am , with the intention of setting up my primary care physician at Health Point-Redmond. I needed medical documentation signed by a doctor, indicating the nature of my permanent disability. I made that intention clear setting the appointment. I was called the night before my appointment and was told that I was being canceled, due to the Doctor having had an emergency. I was rescheduled to the next day, the 29th with a different doctor. I presented this doctor with what paperwork I had and made clear my desire for him to sign my documentation, indicating the nature of my disability. I have never in my life, been treated with such disrespect and distain as I was by this doctor. Had he only… refuse to sign my documentation because “this was a preliminary visit and I had not been established under a primary care physician,” as he at first explained, the interaction would’ve been understandable. Hello to the clinic management, I just wanted to say that I’m very satisfied with all the staff at the clinic. The doctors here are very kind, patient, and friendly. I’ve been coming here for about two months now for my son, and I’m really happy with the service. The appointment scheduling and follow-ups are very well organized. Today is Saturday, and I had an appointment for my son. We met with two lady doctors, and they were both great. Even though my son is usually very scared of doctors, he wasn’t afraid at all because they were so friendly and kind. The front desk staff are also very helpful. There is a gentleman there who is especially patient and kind. Even though I don’t speak English well, he helped me with everything patiently. I gave a five-star rating because I am truly satisfied.
